Great product, but it stopped working after 6 months of use… Initially, this adapter works great. It allowed me to simultaneously charge and plug my USB hub into my new Macbook pro using only one port. However, after about 6 months of use, the adapter started acting spotty and stopped working.I’m disappointed because it was the “name brand” product (with the “name brand” price).Has anyone else experienced this problem as well? And if so, were you able to receive a replacement?

While the machine has the internals to drive two monitors, Apple and the manufacturers want you to buy new, very expensive, Thunderbolt monitors and frankly, I don’t want to buy new monitors to meet Apple’s version of an ideal setup. Instead, I have two Dell…
