Excellent, state-of-the-art phone This is my 4th or 5th Samsung phone (I gave up on iPhones years ago), and it delivers in every respect. My last phone was a Samsung J7, and while it was OK, it was annoyingly slow. This phone starts up apps, and zips through them like lightening. Also, while it is refurbished, the phone arrived in pristine condition in the manufacturer’s box with a manual, USB charging cord, and power plug. There were no compromises necessary.The touchscreen is highly responsive, definitely better…

I think mine is faulty I’m going middle of the road. Battery life, rugged design (friends and co workers thought the phone had a case), and a pure upgrade to the S7 active were all pluses. However, the phone kept resetting itself. I looked online and on Youtube to see if the problem could be solved on my end, because operator error is a thing, and I took the steps necessary to see if it solved the problem. Unfortunately it did not. If there is a takeaway from my this report is to check the warranty and turn it in if…
